Hi folks,

I've been exceptionally busy over the past few weeks, and it'll continue
for the next few weeks as well - I'm really sorry about this.

In just over a week, I'll be leaving Surevine Ltd after over 4 years, and
moving to Threads Styling. This involves not only moving jobs, but a
temporary relocation to London. It's possible (anything's possible) that
I'll settle in quickly, but right now there's very little chance of me
being able to reliably devote the time to handle the Council Chair role
that it needs and deserves.

Therefore, if anyone does have the time (and inclination), I'll step aside
for them.

Georg searches for an agenda, and muses on Dave's lack of a proper leave
message.
Daniel suggests the possibility of voting on the Bookmark Conversion
proto-XEP, except that it's not in the Inbox yet; Jonas is surprised, and
springs into action.
Georg has the subtle feeling that this Council is in a rather sad state,
but lacks the time to play the hero. Sam thinks that every Council goes
through stages where everyone is busy; Georg presumes so, and hopes things
will go smoother now that Summer is over.

Georg advocates skipping this weeek, Jonas processes the Inbox, and Dave
re-appears in time for a productive meeting next week — 2018-10-03 1500 UTC
