Hi Board!

The "GDPR" ProtoXEP that's been submitted appears to have potential legal
implications beyond what Council are competent to judge.

Although the official approving body is Council, I'd like a formal opinion
from Board in how (and if) we proceed with this one.

Note that according to XEP-0001, we need to make a decision in two weeks,
but there may be other reasons to move quicker, given the GDPR is taking
effect on Friday.

To be honest, as an organization we probably have more to think about around this than just the scope of this ProtoXEP. I'll put this topic on the agenda for tomorrow.
